ESDOR Doors have been developed through many years of meticulous R&D work to meet the demands of today and the future. The core parameters of Esdor’s R&D efforts have consistently been quality, aesthetics, and technology.

For this reason, Esdor® Design represents not only visually appealing doors but also globally integrated production that addresses modern needs such as energy efficiency, hygiene control, compatibility with various technological tools, and remote or centralized management. Thanks to its artificial intelligence, ESDOR Doors are described as a “timeless door system,” and here are some features that justify this title:

1. ESDOR SMART DOOR TECHNOLOGY:

Developed based on the principle of creating an artificial intelligence application that mimics the way the human brain works, enabling more efficient and seamless operation of complex systems in industrial applications.

The control mechanism operating with Esdor Smart Door Technology is equipped with a self-monitoring feature, which works by detecting, interpreting, and adapting its movements accordingly.

Thanks to this intelligent system, Esdor Smart Door Systems can protect themselves against many malfunctions caused by user error. Additionally, by automatically adjusting speed according to the weight of the door wings and preventing sudden movements, it eliminates system-related failures. This ensures long-term healthy operation.

2. EGS UNIVERSAL DRIVER:

The Esdor universal driver (microprocessor), with its 32-bit processor, has the capability to update doors that are even a decade old. Its centralized management capability allows access to the door’s status (open, closed, etc.) and error information. This makes it possible to manage all doors remotely and centrally in settings such as healthcare, transportation, education, public institutions, and corporate buildings.

With a connection mechanism that prevents faulty installations, it allows the use of components of various shapes and sizes. Furthermore, the EGS operates on electrical input ranging from 90 to 230 V, offering energy efficiency.

3. CONTROL PANEL:

With the Esdor® Design Control Panel, all basic settings can be made without opening the mechanism cover. This enables the installation team to make accurate and easy adjustments. It also prevents damage to the driver from physical contact, ensuring long lifespan.

The EGS Control Panel provides user comfort with features such as function selection, status and error notifications via a digital screen. It is also updatable.

4. ESDOR ELECTROMECHANICAL LOCK:

Thanks to its unique design, the Esdor® Design Electromechanical Lock guarantees door security. It offers selection options tailored to user needs, such as one-way locking, locking only in the locked position, or multi-directional locking.

Since the locking is carried out through the door wing movement system, it does not allow unauthorized opening even in cases such as forced entry or belt damage.

5. PHOTO SENSOR:

Although Esdor Automatic Door Systems are designed with a focus on the safety of products and people, additional safety features are never overlooked. The photo sensor, an essential component of any automatic door installation, communicates with the microprocessor if any living or non-living presence is detected between the door wings, preventing the door from closing.

This ensures personal safety and prevents damage to the door wings or electronic components due to impact.

6. OPENING ACCESSORIES:

Esdor Automatic Door Systems can be configured with various opening methods based on user needs and preferences, such as radar, hand approach sensor, keypad, and remote control.

Manufactured as part of an R&D project by EKOL Esdor Automatic Door Systems Inc., headquartered and based in Ankara, the Esdor Automatic Door System is a TÜBİTAK-approved and patented product. It has received test reports and certifications from independent institutions and organizations such as ISO, TSE, Ministry of Industry, TTGV, and METU (Middle East Technical University).

With its original design, ESDOR has been serving customer comfort and safety as “Turkey’s First Automatic Door” for over 25 years.
